Registration Fee
The registration fee paid by candidates upon joining Horizon Talents grants them access to the platform's services, including aptitude tests and other resources provided to enhance employability. This fee does not constitute a guarantee of job placement.
Non-Refundable Policy
The registration fee is non-refundable. It is explicitly acknowledged that this fee is not a payment for job placement services but rather for access to the platform's resources and support.
Disclaimer on Job Placement Guarantee
Horizon Talents does not guarantee job placement within any specific timeframe, including the three-month period referenced in the Labour Act. Candidates are advised that the fee paid solely covers the use of platform services and does not create an obligation for Horizon Talents to secure employment opportunities for the candidate.
Limited Liability
Horizon Talents shall not be held liable for refunds, including the 50% stipulated under the Labour Act, as the registration fee does not qualify as a "job placement fee" under the Act. By agreeing to these terms, candidates acknowledge that the platform operates as a resource provider and not as an employment agency guaranteeing placement.

By registering on Horizon Talents, candidates confirm their understanding and acceptance of these terms, including the non-refundable nature of the registration fee and the absence of job placement guarantees.
