Role Summary
The Office Manager will oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring that the office environment is organized, efficient, and aligned with the firm’s strategic and professional standards. The role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive mindset to support both management and client-facing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Oversee all general office operations, including supplies, logistics, filing systems, and maintenance.
- Manage front desk activities including phone calls, client reception, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and presents a professional image to clients and visitors.
Executive & Operational Support
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and senior management (scheduling, meeting prep, reporting).
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Coordinate travel, logistics, and events as needed.
Document & Record Management
- Maintain confidential and organized files—digital and physical—for company documentation, board records, and client files.
- Support the preparation and submission of regulatory documents when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- A professional qualification from the Ghana Investment and Securities Institute (GISI) is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office tools.
