Role Profile: Field Support Agent

Job Summary
As a Field Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing Level One Network and technical support for DS7’s CFM solution in distributed branch locations. Your role involves responding to technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring system uptime and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to technical support callouts and resolve system issues.
- Troubleshoot and recommend hardware repair or replacement related to the DS7 CFM solution.
- Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure system reliability.
- Maintain detailed documentation of callouts and resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with the central support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Education: HND in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in networking troubleshooting, including diagnosing connectivity issues.
- Ability to terminate RJ45 cables and configure basic network components.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of distributed systems or queue management solutions is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be willing to travel to various branches as needed.
Compensation
- GHS 200 per callout.
- Flexible working hours based on callout requirements.
